He has held leadership roles and has been in the forefront in articulating group philosophy and values and believes in a team building approach. He has been involved in various social activities throughout his life apart from his profession.

Mr. Hardik Jayswal is a co-founder of the firm. He is a graduate and a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 12 years standing in the profession. Vast prolific experience in consultancy especially in Bank Audit and export related consultancy and project finance. He possesses rich experience in the field of auditing and assurance services, corporate law as well as income tax and has successfully served clients across all service, trading and manufacturing industries during the course of his practice.

He is heading Assurance division at the Firm. His areas of expertise encompass Statutory and Internal Audit, Tax Audits and IFRS Services. He has handled various key assignments of statutory audits, internal audits, government audit, tax audit, internal control assessments and strategy formation and implementation. He leads from the front, establishing cogent practices of team management and concepts based on principles of respect for integrity, hard work, dedication, and commitment.

She advises and represents clients on legal issues in direct tax law. She is dynamic, young and meticulous. She is a diverse professional who excels in handling multitude of legal issues in tax. She combines her understanding of businesses with in-depth knowledge in law to curate innovative solutions for his clients. She has assisted in wide various direct tax litigation issues involving matters such as search, seizures, survey, unexplained cash credits or unaccounted investments. Her Keen eyes for details and legal acumen has already made her an indispensable asset at the firm.
Sejal Panchal
Manager - Indirect Taxation

She looks after the Indirect Compliance department at the firm. She is assisting corporate clients for developing mechanisms for indirect tax compliances and reporting. Through in-depth knowledge in indirect tax matters, she focuses to provide services in relation to, legal and technical compliances, audit under GST Law, business solutions harmonious with prevailing laws and representation before judicial authorities etc.

He manage oversee all support and clerical work within a Firm. He supervise day-to-day support activities, coordinate clerical tasks, and lead teams of administrative officers. He also work with management and support staff to assess and improve administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
